Please email info@fleatc.com with the subject line "Gift Card" and provide us with the gift card recipient's contact and state whether you want to gift an online only gift card or an in store gift card. One we have that information we can either send a physical copy or an electronic copy.
Please note that online issued gift cards can only be accepted online. If you have a physical gift card (store credit OR gifted) you can only use it in our brick and mortar. If you would like to convert your physical gift card for an online version, please email us at info@fleatc.com. If you would like to convert your online only gift card to use in our brick and mortar, please email us at info@fleatc.com.

Online returns are accepted within 10 days for store credit. All returns must be received within 10 days of the original order date. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. All apparel must be returned unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with original tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains, you will not be given store credit and items will be sent back. If an item you received is damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@fleatc.com for assistance.
