Michigan Sales Associate Positions:

Flea boutiques is on the search for our next sales associate! We're hiring Full Time/Part Time sales associates for our Downtown Traverse City and Suttons Bay stores.

What are we looking for?

Must love fashion...doesn't have to be high end fashion-just a natural interest in fashion and assisting people.
Experienced at Excellent customer service skills and a natural ability to connect with people. Customer care is what sets us apart from bigger chains, so this is highly prioritized!
Ability to carry 45 lb boxes up flight of stairs

What does an average day look like for us, aside from assisting clients (sales) and the register (we use Lightspeed POS)

Keeping the store looking neat (cleaning, steaming, merchandising, sewing skills are a plus)
Receiving and stocking deliveries when they come in

Again, we are really wanting to have someone who is highly experienced with providing customer care and really assists clients with their shopping.
