Shipping & returns

Shipping Policy  

Free Ground shipping on all online orders over $100 within the continental US. At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the continental US. Flea Boutiques ships our orders out via USPS and UPS.

USPS Ground (for orders under $100) $10* (unless exceptional size or extra packaging applies, i.e. homegoods).

In-store Pickup: Free!

Orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped out within 48 hours. Please note that there may be additional delays due to Covid-19, weather, holiday, and exceptions.

For our local shoppers, In-store Pickup- Orders will be processed the same day they are placed. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up at the original boutique location! Note that your item(s) boutique origin will be indicated in your order confirmation.

 

Return & Exchange Policy For Online Boutique Only

Returns are accepted within 10 days for store credit, only. No refunds are issued back onto original payment.  All returns must be received within 10 days of the original order date. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. All apparel must be returned unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with original tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains, you will not be given a refund and items will be sent back. Please note that face-masks and intimates, are final sale and may not be returned or exchanges. If an item you received is damaged or incorrect, please email us at [email protected] for assistance.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a return authorization number. Please write this number on top of the box. Please provide your email address, original receipt, and phone number. Place returns in a shipping safe box and include return form and packing slip. We do not provide shipping labels. You can choose to ship the product back to us with a carrier that is convenient and affordable for you. Be sure to get insurance and a tracking number on your return. Please provide your email address, original receipt, and phone number. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages sent to Flea Boutiques.  You can use the same packaging that the item arrived in, be sure to take off the original label. Once we receive and review your returns, your refund will be processed as store credit that will be available in card or electronic form. You will receive an email when your return has been completed.

Exchanges- If you would like to make an exchange, please notify us right away by email via  [email protected] to make sure that the desired product is still in-stock! That way, we will be able to keep it on hold for you until we receive your return! Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping, but online Flea Boutique exchanges will be charged only $10 for ground shipping. In store returns- If you are local, feel free to take your return back to the boutique of origin with your return form and packing slip!
